Reducing Barriers Around Accessing and Affording Local Food and Inviting Everyone to be Part of their Local Food System
We believe that local food is for everyone, and we work to reduce the barriers that get in the way of this, including transportation, price, timing, and stigma. We collaborate with community organizations to host local food markets at convenient times and locations, offer financial incentives on local food purchases, advocate for systemic change toward food equity, and bring the fun and flavor into eating local! In addition, we provide our local farmers with an additional sales outlet where they can reach new audiences and take part in an inclusive and transparent local food system.
Mobile Market
The GoFarm Mobile Market is our “farmers’ market on wheels”, where we travel to different community locations to sell fresh and affordable food from our local farmers.
SNAP and Discount Local Food Shares
We welcome SNAP/EBT payment for our Local Food Share, as well as participate in Double Up Food Bucks - a program that provides dollar for dollar matching on all local food purchases when purchased with SNAP benefits. We also provide 50% off Discount Shares for eligible households who are not enrolled in SNAP.
Sourcing Food for Early Childhood Education Centers
We partner with early childhood education centers to provide fresh, local food to their school snack and meal programs. We also provide curriculum around gardening and nutrition to help kiddos get excited about eating their greens!
Food Pantry Sales and Donations
We partner with food pantries and food assistance programs to provide fresh, local food at more affordable prices. We also donate excess food to our community partners to help fill the shelves of their pantries and markets with fresh, delicious produce.

Community Collaboration
We are honored to be part of a broader community of food access and food equity champions. We participate in many community collaborative projects that are making incredible progress toward a more equitable, healthy, and inclusive local food system.
